Instructions
Prepare the Coffee Mixture: Brew a strong cup of Master Blend coffee and let it cool completely.
Cook the Egg Yolks: In a heatproof bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until combined. Place bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler). Whisk constantly for 3-5 minutes until mixture reaches 160°F and becomes thick and pale. Remove from heat and cool for 2-3 minutes.

Instructions
Make the Caramel: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns golden brown. Quickly pour the caramel into a flan mold or individual ramekins, tilting to coat the bottom.
Blend the Flan Mixture: In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, brewed Antigua Guatemala Coffee, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour into Mold: Carefully pour the flan mixture over the caramel in the mold.
Bake in a Water Bath: Place the mold in a larger baking dish filled with water. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 50-60 minutes, or until set.
Cool and Serve: Let the flan cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. To serve, invert onto a plate.
